Continuity of the ISO 14001 certification in ICM

In November the 11th, Cámara Certifica informed ICM about its decision on the continuity of the ISO 14001 certification in its two manufacturing plants (in Aranjuez and Illescas).

The audit took place on July 17th and 18th of this year. In November, Cámara Certifica has communicated the results of it. It has proposed the continuation of the certificate as being a follow-up audit and not a renewal audit,

ICM has been certified since September 5th, in 2014, at the Aranjuez factory (Madrid). In July 6th  in 2018 the factory in Illescas (Toledo) was audited, joining the certificate for extension of scope in November 20th in that year.

Having the ISO 14001 certification confirms that ICM is an environmentally committed and lawful compliance company.

The ISO 14001 standard was created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), with support from technical committee 207, to standardize aspects related to environmental management. Currently, it has a great acceptance. In fact, every day more Environmental Management Systems are certified.
