Corporate Social Responsibility of ICM

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is part of the culture of ICM, Integral de Conexión y Montajes, S.L.

Related to CSR, ICM is based on the Ten Principles of the Global Compact of the United Nations (Global Compact). It is supported by ICM, as a Participant, since 2022.

The UN Global Compact is a call to companies everywhere to align their operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the áreas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption, and to take action in support of UN goals and issues embodied in the Sustanaible Development Goals (SDGs).

Basic principles of action in ICM in matters of CSR

ICM’s activity is governed by a series of basic principles regarding Corporate Social Responsibility, centered on the company’s commitment to:

  • Compliance with internal regulations and current national legislation and, especially, those related to business activity.
  • Ethical commitments.
  • Control of the impact generated by business activity in the social, environmental and economic spheres.
  • Search for the satisfaction of the company’s stakeholders.
  • Action commitments (policies, processes and controls) in matters related to the health and safety of people, environmental protection and quality.
  • Solidarity and participation in social programs to help children.
