Audit at the ICM factory in Aranjuez, for the EN9100 recertification
From February 28th to March 2nd, the ICM (Integral de Conexión y Montajes, S.L.) plant in Aranjuez (Madrid, Spain), has been audited to get the recertification in the EN9100 standard.
EN9100 is a specific certification for the aerospace and defense sectors. For this reason, only one of the three ICM factories was audited: the one located in Aranjuez (Madrid, Spain). There is where we manufacture our special custom wire harness for these sectors.
In the audit, all the Managers participated, as well as the General and Commercial Management. There was nothing new, as it is a regular process that has been carried out at our company for 18 years.
All customers in the aerospace and defense sectors require their suppliers to be certified to EN9100, at a minimum. It is a Quality Management Systems standard developed by the International Quality Group, which is based on the ISO 9001 standard, incorporating additional requirements and interpretations specific to those industries.
